GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Spartan Club will host its 30^th Spartan Club Golf Classic on Thursday, April 20 at Grandover Resort's ­­­East Course. This event offers a great chance for alumni and friends of UNCG to enjoy a day of golf on a championship course while supporting the overall mission of the Spartan Club.

All funds raised from this event directly support the scholarship fund for 220+ UNCG student-athletes.

The tournament is open to the public and all participants will receive access to the driving range prior to start, access to the UNCG Golf TrackMan and PuttView facilities, exclusive tournament gifts, and a boxed lunch. Drinks will be available throughout the tournament and an awards reception will be held immediately following the conclusion of the round. UNCG coaches, staff, and student-athletes will be in attendance and play a part in the tournament.

Check-in will begin at 11:00 AM with a shotgun start set for 12:30 PM. There are various registration options and tournament sponsorships available:

• Foursome - $1,200
• Individual - $300
• Golden Tee Sponsor - $800
• Hole Sponsor - $600
