SEA ISLAND, Ga. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team stands in fifth place after two rounds of play at the Sea Island Invitational on Monday.
TEAM
- UNCG carded a nine-under-par (567) in two rounds of action. The Spartans shot rounds of 283-284 on Monday.
- UNCG paces all teams on the course with a 2.88 average on par threes.
- The Spartans are tied for second place with Augusta with 124 pars on the day.
- Notre Dame stands atop the leaderboard with a 19-under-par (557).
INDIVIDUAL
- Jack Marcotte paces the Spartans in a tie for fourth place after recording a three-under-par (69) in both rounds for a total score of six-under-par (138).
- Noah Connor and Symon Balbin stand in a tie for 11th place with a three-under-par (141).
- Randall Hudson sits in a tie for 49th place with a three-over-par (147). Hudson leads all individuals with 29 pars.
- Tommy Lamb rounds out team play with a five-over-par (149) in a tie for 63rd place.
- In individual action, Keenan Royalty leads the Spartans in a tie for sixth place with a two-over-par (144). Royalty shot his best score of the day in the second round with a one-under-par (71).
- Kelvin Hernandez sits in a tie for 14th place in individual action after notching a five-over-par (147).
