SoCon Indoor Track & Field Championships Information
GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's and women's track teams begin their postseason schedule as they compete in The Southern Conference (SoCon) Men's & Women's Track & Field Championships this Friday and Saturday.
The Championships will take place at VMI's CPTF-Corps Physical Training Facility in Lexington, Virginia.
MEET/FACILITY INFORMATION
- This marks the 91st edition of the men's championships.
- This marks the 39th edition of the women's championships.
- VMI is hosting the championships for the ninth-straight season.
- Samford swept the titles last year, with the Bulldog men claiming their sixth-straight SoCon indoor title.
- The Bulldog women won their 10th-straight title.

HOW THE WOMEN LINE UP
- Joelle Tonne is scheduled to compete in both the mile and 800-meter runs. She is 18th among the SoCon performance list with a time of 5:06.86 in the mile event from the ASICS Sound Invite. Her time of 2:19.12 in the 800-meter run is 12th on the list.
- Alana Hill, who is broken UNCG records in the 200- and 400-meter runs, is 14th among 400-meter SoCon competitors with her time of 58.77 this season.
- Ayzia Jefferson has also broken UNCG records this season in the 200-meter, has clocked in a time of 25.36 at the ASICS Last Chance Invitational in the 200-meter run. Her time is currently 13th on the SoCon performance list.
- Hailey Meyers is set to double-back, competing in both the 3000- and 5000-meter runs. Her time of 18:09.66 in the 5000-meter event from the 2026 Liberty Open is currently 12th among SoCon times.
- Vicky Sosa, Meyers, Tenley Douglass, Camryn Oates and Sierra Collins all ran the 3000-meter run most recently at the ASICS Sound Invite, where four of the five finished with personal best times.
HOW THE MEN LINE UP
- Emery Anderson has impressed this season, breaking UNCG records in the 200- and 400-meter events. His 22.29 in the 200-meter sprint is 12th on the SoCon performance list, while his 49.71 in the 400-meter run is ninth overall.
- Luke Hühn's time of 8:19.13 from the ASICS Sound Invite in the 3000-meter run is seventh on the SoCon performance list. Khalid Abdullahi follows the freshman and is in 11th place with his time of 8:22.19, while Luke Ward's time of 8:22.73 is 12th on the list, both from the same meet. Pierson Guerrant's time of 8:25.67 is 15th among the SoCon.
- Abdullahi is set to double-back on the track and run the mile as well. He clocked in a time of 4:12.81 at the Mondo College Invitational, which is eighth on the SoCon performance list. Logan's time of 4:15.41 this season is 11th in the Conference.
- Jeremiah Jones (1:54.59), Glodi Mvovi (1:55.26) and Samuel Barnard (1:55.80) all are sitting ninth, 10th and 12th, respectively on the SoCon performance list in the 800-meter run.
- Ward, Hühn and Guerrant are also scheduled to compete in the 5000-meter run. All three finished in the top five at the Tryon College Invitational and their times are in the top-15 of the SoCon performance list.
- UNCG's time of 10:21.50 in the 4000-meter distance medley relay from the Tryon College Invitational, that is currently second in UNCG records, is pacing the SoCon.
