DAVIDSON, NC – UNC Greensboro lost in three games to Davidson in Southern Conference women's volleyball action Sunday afternoon at Belk Arena. The Wildcats won the contest by scores of 30-19, 30-22, 30-18.
Senior Lauren Richards and sophomore Lauren Keiser each notched six kills to lead UNCG (2-13, 1-4 SoCon). Keiser and junior Hilary Overby each had a team-high six digs, while senior Adrian Hicks dished out 20 assists.
Liz Williamson put away a match-high 13 kills to lead Davidson (6-11, 3-1 SoCon). Alison Dwyer and Jenna Dykstra added nine and eight kills respectively. Dykstra also led the Wildcats with 27 assists and 11 digs.
UNCG returns home for a Saturday match with SoCon rival Furman at Fleming Gym beginning at 2 pm.
