GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG women's soccer continues Southern Conference play this weekend at The Citadel and Mercer. The Spartans face the Bulldogs Friday at 3 p.m. and Bears Sunday at 2 p.m.

All-Time Series Vs. The Citadel & Mercer

• Owns a 5-1-1 record against Mercer and have won all 17 meetings against The Citadel.
• Have outscored the Bulldogs 82-9 with 11 shutouts, and all but three victories have been by more than one goal.
• Defeated Mercer 1-0 and The Citadel 4-0 to end last year's regular season.

Scouting UNCG

• Enters the matchup with a 6-2-1, 1-0-0 record and have outscored opponents 19-8.
• Are one of three SoCon teams with a perfect winning-percentage in league play. ETSU and Western Carolina won both of their conference games last weekend.
• Cienna Rideout leads the team both in goals (seven) and points (15). After missing the opening weekend, Rideout scored in four-straight games, all game-winners. She leads the SoCon in goals per game (1.0) and game-winning goals per game (0.43) and is also second in points per game (2.14).
• Kaley Tucker is next in scoring with three goals and seven points.
• Quiqui Hita, Nicole Souply and Isabelle Blomdahl each have two goals.
• Goalkeeper Aiyanah Tyler-Cooper has played all but 26 minutes this year and made 33 saves with a 0.90 goals against average.

• Opened SoCon play with a 4-0 win at VMI last Friday.
• Rideout notched her second collegiate hat trick with the game-winning goal in the first half and two after halftime.
• Heida Ragney Vidarsdottir scored her first goal of the season.
• Finished with a 17-10 shots advantage and placed 13 shots on goal.
• Tyler-Cooper made five saves. Anna Bryant relieved Tyler-Cooper for the last 12 minutes as the two combined for the Spartans' fourth shutout.

Scouting The Citadel

• Owns a 6-2-0, 0-0-2 record, dropping both SoCon games 2-0 last weekend to Chattanooga and Samford.
• Is 4-0-0 at home with wins over North Florida (3-2), Francis Marion (2-1, OT), Bob Jones (4-0) and Hampton (2-1).
• Averages 20.2 shots and 2.2 goals, both second-most in the conference.
• Sophomore forward Logan Dix leads the team in points (15) and goals (six).
• Redshirt-junior midfielder Katherine Arroyo is second in goals (four), and sophomore forward Hannah Roth and freshman forward Kessy Bradshaw both have three goals.
• Picked to finish last in the SoCon Preseason Coaches' Poll.

Scouting Mercer

• Enters the weekend with a 5-3-4, 0-0-2 record and are on a five-game unbeaten streak (2-0-3).
• Tied Chattanooga 1-1 and Samford 2-2 on the road last weekend.
• Leads the SoCon in shots (240) and goals per game (2.67).
• Sophomore midfielder/forward Abigail Zoeller is tied for first in the SoCon in points (22) and second in goals (eight).
• Picked to finish tied for fifth in the SoCon Preseason Coaches' Poll.
