COREY CARLIN'S COURSE OF THOUGHT
"We executed our game plan very well in set one.  Having ten blocks in that set was a huge statement.  We knew tonight would be a battle and it was in set two and most of set three.  But we have to give credit to Mercer.  They never went away and definitely out played us in the fourth set, earning the win tonight.  We'll take some lessons from this match moving forward, especially as we prepare for a good Samford team tomorrow."

UPCOMING
The Spartans will continue their road trip to Birmingham, Ala. to face Samford tomorrow at 6 p.m.
