GREENSBORO, GA.- The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team wrapped up day one of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational, on Friday, sitting in first place after a round and a half at Great Waters Golf Course in Greensboro, Georgia.  Round two will resume at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow afternoon as the second round was cut short due to darkness. 
  
   
TEAM   

• UNCG holds pole position after carding a three-over par (291) in the first round. The Spartans currently have a five-under par (174) after 11 holes in round two.  

• Virginia Tech trail by two strokes after the Hokies logged a two-under-par (286) in round one and two-over-par (194) after 12 holes in round two.  

• The Blue & Gold rank first in the tournament with 27 birdies.     

INDIVIDUAL   

• Lulu Leetham leads the Spartans with a four-under-par (113) after a round and a half of action. She carded 70-43 and currently sits second place in the competition.   

• Chanelle Mwangi followed closely behind, turning in scores of two-under-par (115) which puts her in fifth place.   

• Individual Elle Burnette recorded a score of two-over-par (114) for a tie of 19th place.  

• Kasey McIlvaine is also tied at 19th place after turning in a two-over-par (114).   

• Sophie Lauture sits in a tie for 26th place after turning in a four-over-par (121).  

• Julia Baeumken rounded out the scorecard with an 11-over-par (127) for a tie of 66th place.
