GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's & women's track teams competed at the two-day Aggie Invitational on Friday and Saturday at Marcus T. Johnson Track.
The women's 4x100-meter relay team broke the school record with a time of 48.05. The quartet included
Alana Hill,
Maddison McIntyre,
Milania Millard and
Ayzia Jefferson. The previous time was 51.09, which was set at the 2017 Aggie Invitational by Amber Dickens, Alexis Rice, Antonia Smith and Nautica Friday.
The Spartans also saw multiple bests at the meet, including four on the men's side and four on the women's side.
In the 800-meter run,
Logan Ruffner and
Brodie Schneider finished 15
th and 16
th, respectively, out of 31 competitors. Ruffner clocked in a time of 1:55.78, while Schneider ran a personal best time of 1:56.18.
Spencer Slayton clocked in a personal best time of 4:10.81 in the 1500-meter run, placing 22
nd out of 36 competitors.
Joelle Tonne and
Annalise Crow ran personal best times in the 800-meter run. Tonne placed 19
th out of 41 competitors with her time of 2:20.41 and Crow finished 38
th running a time of 2:37.32.
Hailey Meyers and
Tenley Douglass both finished in the top 10 of the 1500-meter run. Meyers crossed the finish line in 4:42.26 for a new personal best, taking home fifth, while Douglass ran the race in 4:53.32, good for ninth.
Camryn Oates (3rd/18:29.31),
Sierra Collins (4th/18:32.77) and
Emma Berrier (5th/18:46.69) all earned a top five finish in the 5000-meter run.

UNCG will send Spartans to the Duke Twilight in Durham, North Carolina, at Morris Williams Stadium on Sunday, May 3 for the final regular season meet of the season. Following that, they will prep for the 2026 Southern Conference (SoCon) Outdoor Track & Field Championships, held at Western Carolina at Catamount Athletic Complex in Cullowhee, North Carolina, from May 11-12.
