LAST TIME OUT
- The Spartans competed at both the Wake Forest Invitational and Aggie Invitational last weekend.
- At the Wake Forest Invitational, Ayzia Jefferson set a new personal best and school record time of 25.03 in the 200-meter run. Her time placed her 11th out of 16 competitors, while Alana Hill ran a time of 25.65 in the event, which put her 15th overall.
- With nine sections of the 800-meter open event, Jeremiah Jones ran a personal best time of 1:53.84 and placed third out of six.
- Samuel Barnard competed in one of nine sections of the 1500-meter open, where he finished seventh with a personal best time of 3:54.96. This was the second time in his collegiate career that he broke the four-minute mark in the 1500-meter run.
- At the Aggie Invitational, the women's 4x100-meter relay team broke the school record with a time of 48.05. The quartet included Hill, Maddison McIntyre, Milania Millard and Jefferson. The previous time of 51.09 was set at the 2017 Aggie Invitational by Amber Dickens, Alexis Rice, Antonia Smith and Nautica Friday.
- The Spartans also saw multiple bests at the meet, including four on the men's side and four on the women's side.
- Hailey Meyers and Tenley Douglass both finished in the top 10 of the 1500-meter run. Meyers crossed the finish line in 4:42.26 for a new personal best, taking home fifth, while Douglass ran the race in 4:53.32, good for ninth.
- Camryn Oates (3rd/18.29.31), Sierra Collins (4th/18:32.77) and Emma Berrier (5th/18:46.69) all earned a top-five finish in the 5000-meter run.

UNCG will then begin postseason competition with The 2026 Southern Conference (SoCon) Outdoor Track & Field Championships that will be held from May 11-12 in Cullowhee, North Carolina, at Catamount Athletic Complex.
