Spartanburg, S.C. – The UNCG women's basketball team will play Wofford at 2 p.m. for the final road game of the season Saturday. The Spartans are 8-19 overall and 0-12 in the Southern Conference and are looking for their first road win since New Orleans December 17, 2015.

UNCG leads the all-time series 32-10 and is 13-6 on the road against the Terriers. The Spartans last SoCon win was February 23, 2015 at home against Wofford. UNCG is looking for its first win at the Benjamin Johnson Arena since January 28, 2013 when the Spartans defeated Wofford 87-75.

The Spartans are 0-6 on the road in the SoCon this season and are coming off an 85-71 loss at Furman last Thursday night. India Timpton (Charlotte, N.C./Myers Park) scored a career-high 18 points while three other Spartans scored in double figures. Wofford (8-17, 2-9 SoCon) is coming off a one-point win over Western Carolina. 72-71, last Thursday night.
