GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNC Greensboro women's soccer (0-5-1) fell to Davidson (4-3-0) Thursday night at UNCG Soccer Stadium. The Wildcats' Cameron France produced the game-winning goal seven minutes in, scoring on a shot in the right side of the net after receiving a pass by Hailey Braemer and dribbling to the left side of the box.

The game was seen by a fantastic crowd at UNCG Soccer Stadium, as 1,341 fans were in attendance. It was the third-highest attended game in program history, trailing only games against ACC opponents. 

Michele Manceaux doubled Davidson's lead in the 32nd minute, scoring from the middle off the box after receiving a cross from Gretchen Pearson. Sophia Caruso had the Wildcats' last goal in the 53rd minute.

Three Things To Know
-- With the game dedicated to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Vs. Cancer Program, the Spartans drew 1,341 in attendance as noted. The single-game attendance number ranks third all-time in program history.

-- UNCG had the edge in shots (9-7) with five on goal, but Davidson finished with a sizable advantage in corner kicks (6-1).

-- Starting goalkeeper Abby Buchholz made one save, and Kelley Mitchell entered in the second half with 34 minutes of scoreless action.
