EATONTON, GA. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team will head back to Georgia for its second tournament in the Peach State. The Spartans will compete in the three-day Linger Longer Invitational, hosted by Mercer and Kennesaw State at Great Waters Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
There will be 16 teams represented.

- Nick Lyerly placed third finishing three-under-par (207).
- Noah Connor tied for ninth with a final score one-over-par (211).
- Tommy Lamb tied for 22nd posting a four-over-par (214).
- Randall Hudson finished the tournament tied for 18th with a 54-hole total of three-over-par (213).

- Lyerly is ranked 69th in the latest Golfweek individual rankings.
- Currently, Lyerly is second among the SoCon field with a 70.08 stroke average and a low round of 64.
- Balbin is the next Spartan on the leaderboard, sitting seventh, averaging 71.38 strokes in 21 rounds.
- Hudson is next sitting 10th averaging 71.92 strokes.
- Noah Connor is 15th with a 72.29 stroke average.
- Connor Brown is 17th averaging 72.58 strokes after 24 rounds of play.
