GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNCG baseball team's opening series with George Washington has been canceled in its entirety due to inclement weather from Winter Storm Pax. The Spartans and Colonials were both set to open their seasons this weekend at the UNCG Baseball Stadium.

UNCG will now begin its 2014 campaign Tuesday, Feb. 18, when the Blue and Gold hosts Atlantic Coast Conference member Duke. First pitch at the UNCG Baseball Stadium is slated for 4 p.m.
